Our team values professionalism, accountability, and doing the job right the first time—while supporting our technicians with clear processes, steady work, and opportunities to grow. The Residential HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems while maintaining clear communication with homeowners and accurate job documentation.

Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and residential service calls.
• Clearly communicate system findings and recommendations to homeowners.
• Complete detailed service notes, photos, and documentation using field service software.
• Accurately track labor hours and materials used.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and service software.
