Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to service calls in a timely, efficient manner.
Communicate with customers regarding appointment status, ETA updates, and service follow-ups.
Prioritize incoming jobs based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
Monitor technician routes and adjust scheduling as needed for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Field Managers to resolve scheduling issues or customer concerns.
Maintain accurate job information in dispatching software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist with after-hours or emergency call dispatching as required.

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of call center representative or dispatcher experience.
Ability to work: 8 AM – 4:30 PM daily at the office.
Previous CSR/dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience in the HVAC / Plumbing industry is strongly preferred.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Calm under pressure with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and mobile communication tools.
