We are seeking an experienced Residential New Construction HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. This role focuses on leading HVAC installations for residential new construction projects, from rough-in through final start-up, while ensuring quality, code compliance, and jobsite efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead residential new construction HVAC installs from rough-in to completion 

• Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-split systems 

• Install ductwork, line sets, drains, and ventilation components 

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical layouts 

• Ensure installs meet code, manufacturer specs, and company standards 

• Coordinate with builders, project managers, and inspectors 

• Lead and support installation helpers 

• Start up systems and verify proper operation 

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience 

• Prior new construction experience preferred 

• Experience leading installs or crews 

• Ability to read plans and layouts 

• EPA 608 Certification (or ability to obtain - company paid) 

• Valid driver’s license 

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops 

Preferred Skills:

• Heat pump and high-efficiency system experience 

• Basic electrical and gas piping knowledge 

• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
