Now Hiring! Senior HVAC/R Technician (Refrigeration Specialist)

We are actively seeking a high-level HVAC/R professional with strong refrigeration expertise to join our Residential New Construction (RNC) Service Division.

This is not an entry- or mid-level role. We are seeking a seasoned technician who can confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex HVAC and refrigeration issues, particularly within high-end residential environments where precision and professionalism are essential.

Due to increased demand from priority clients, we need a technician who can step in immediately, take ownership of service calls, and represent our company at the highest level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Handle complex service calls independently
Support high-value residential and RNC clients
Ensure systems operate at peak efficiency and reliability
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and builders

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on HVAC/R experience (senior level required)
Strong refrigeration troubleshooting background
EPA Certification (required)
Proven diagnostic skillset- not a parts changer
Experience with Mitsubishi systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Professional presence with high-end clientele
