The Residential HVAC Installer Helper assists Lead Installers with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems. This entry-level position focuses on learning proper installation techniques, jobsite safety, and company standards while supporting efficient and high-quality system installations in residential homes and new construction projects.Compensation & Benefits

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Installer with installation of residential HVAC systems, including:
- Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-split systems
- Help with removal of old equipment and jobsite preparation
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from jobsite
- Assist with installing ductwork, line sets, condensate drains, and registers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times
- Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE
- Observe and learn proper installation methods and best practices
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately as directed by the Lead Installer
- Communicate respectfully with homeowners and team members
- Assist with cleanup and job close-out
- Previous construction or mechanical experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn residential HVAC installation
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
- Basic hand and power tool experience
- Interest in a long-term career in HVAC
- Trade school or vocational training (a plus)
- On-the-job training provided
